Brick & Timber is built around what we do best: improving the homes that already exist. We focus on renovations, additions, restorations, and quality accessory builds — not new home construction.
We don't take on brand-new home builds. The exception: accessory buildings like sheds, garden studios, and small outbuildings — we're happy to build those from the ground up.

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and whole-home updates. We work with what's there — original trim, plaster, hardwood — and bring it forward with a careful, quality refresh.

Rear additions, second storeys, sunrooms, and covered porches that look like they've always been there. Considered design, careful structure, clean finishes.

Heritage masonry, woodwork, and exterior detailing. Restoring brick arches, repointing, repairing rotted timber, and protecting what makes older homes worth keeping.

Custom sheds, garden studios, and small outbuildings built to the same standard as the house. Cedar, timber, real roofing — nothing flat-pack about it.
